[EN] We approach every mix individually, building the entire process from the ground up and tailoring it to the character of your track. Our team of specialists ensures that every element – from bass and drums, through vocals, to effects – is properly balanced, clear, and full of detail. During the mixing process, we make sure your track meets the highest technical standards: proper loudness, stereo space, instrument separation, and compliance with professional production requirements.
If your material is properly prepared, we can start mixing right away. In case of minor issues, we’ll clearly point out what needs adjustment to achieve a perfect final result. Mixing is the foundation of the entire track – it’s the stage that gives it character and prepares it for the final mastering, which is why we ensure every sound is polished, professional, and competitive.
[PL] Do każdego miksu podchodzimy indywidualnie, budując cały proces od podstaw i dostosowując go do charakteru Twojego utworu. Nasz zespół specjalistów dba, aby każdy element – od basu i perkusji, przez wokale, po efekty – był odpowiednio zbalansowany, klarowny i pełen detali. Podczas miksu dbamy o to, aby Twój utwór zachował najwyższe standardy techniczne: odpowiedni poziom głośności, przestrzeń stereo, separację instrumentów i zgodność z wymogami profesjonalnej produkcji.
Jeżeli Twój materiał jest przygotowany poprawnie, możemy od razu przystąpić do miksu. W przypadku drobnych niedociągnięć jasno wskażemy, co warto poprawić, aby efekt końcowy był perfekcyjny. Miks to fundament całego utworu – to etap, który nadaje mu charakter i gotowość do finalnego masteringu, dlatego dbamy, aby każdy dźwięk brzmiał profesjonalnie i konkurencyjnie.
[EN] To ensure the mixing process runs smoothly and the final result meets your vision, please prepare your files according to the list below:
Track Synchronization (Crucial!): All exported tracks must start from the exact same moment (0:00 of the project). Even if the vocals only come in during the second minute, the file must contain silence from the very beginning of the song. This ensures everything stays perfectly aligned when imported into our DAW.
Disable Effects (DRY Version): Before exporting, bypass processors on the individual tracks such as: compressors, EQ, reverb, delay, or limiters. We want to receive the raw sound so we can build the tone and space ourselves.
Exception: If a specific effect is integral to the instrument's sound (e.g., specific guitar distortion or a creative filter on a synth), you can leave it on or send two versions (Dry and Wet).
File Format: We accept WAV or AIFF files only.
Bit Depth: Minimum 24-bit.
Sample Rate: The same as in your project (44.1kHz or 48kHz).
Mono/Stereo: Files must be mono for mono sources (e.g., vocals, bass, kick) and stereo for stereo sources (e.g., synths, pads).
Naming and Organization: Label files clearly, e.g., 01_Kick, 02_Snare, 03_Bass, 04_Vocal_Main. Avoid names like Audio_01 or Track_12.
No Clipping: Ensure that no single track exceeds 0dB (does not "hit the red") during export.
📩 What to do after purchase?
Mixing files take up a lot of space, so please follow these instructions:
Place all labeled .wav files in a single folder.
Include a "Rough Mix" (a demo/reference render) in the folder—this is how the track sounded on your end before exporting. This is a vital reference point regarding your vision.
Compress the folder into a .ZIP or .RAR archive.
Send the package via WeTransfer.com (or a link to Google Drive / Dropbox) to: info@browingrecords.com
You must include your Order Number in the message subject line or the transfer description.
(Optional) If you have reference tracks (songs by other artists that inspire you), please paste links to them in the body of the email.
[PL] Aby proces miksu przebiegł sprawnie, a efekt końcowy był zgodny z Twoją wizją, przygotuj pliki zgodnie z poniższą listą:
Synchronizacja ścieżek (Kluczowe!): Wszystkie wyeksportowane ślady muszą rozpoczynać się od tego samego momentu (od czasu 0:00 projektu). Nawet jeśli wokal wchodzi dopiero w drugiej minucie, plik musi zawierać ciszę od początku utworu. Dzięki temu po wrzuceniu do naszego programu wszystko będzie idealnie równo.
Wyłącz efekty (Wersja DRY): Przed eksportem wyłącz na ścieżkach procesory takie jak: kompresor, EQ, reverb, delay czy limiter. Chcemy otrzymać surowy dźwięk, abyśmy to my mogli zbudować brzmienie i przestrzeń.
Wyjątek: Jeśli dany efekt jest kluczowy dla brzmienia instrumentu (np. specyficzny przester gitarowy lub kreatywny filtr na syntezatorze), możesz go zostawić lub wysłać dwie wersje (Dry i Wet).
Format plików: Akceptujemy wyłącznie pliki WAV lub AIFF.
Rozdzielczość: minimum 24-bit.
Częstotliwość próbkowania: taka sama jak w projekcie (44.1kHz lub 48kHz).
Pliki muszą być mono dla ścieżek mono (np. wokal, bas, stopa) i stereo dla ścieżek stereo (np. syntezatory, pady).
Nazewnictwo i porządek: Opisz pliki w sposób czytelny, np. 01_Kick, 02_Snare, 03_Bass, 04_Vocal_Main. Unikaj nazw typu Audio_01, Track_12.
Brak przesterów: Zadbaj o to, aby żaden pojedynczy ślad nie przekraczał 0dB (nie świecił na czerwono) podczas eksportu.
📩 Co zrobić po zakupie?
Pliki do miksu zajmują dużo miejsca, dlatego postępuj zgodnie z instrukcją:
Umieść wszystkie opisane pliki .wav w jednym folderze.
Dołącz do folderu tzw. Rough Mix (wersję poglądową/demo), czyli to, jak utwór brzmiał u Ciebie przed eksportem. To dla nas ważny punkt odniesienia co do Twojej wizji.
Spakuj folder do formatu .ZIP lub .RAR.
